Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of kineticads.com.br and purchases of Kinetic Ads skills, operated by Jose Vitor Gravena. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990) and the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).

Kinetic Ads sells AI skills: instructions, files and support materials for creating videos with animated text, motion and sound effects in the compatible AI tools listed on each product page.

Videos are not generated on this site. Results depend on the AI tool you use, your plan with it and your instructions. We do not guarantee specific sales, reach or ad performance.

Third-party tools have their own terms and costs, which are your responsibility.

You must be 18 or older (or have guardian consent), provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, license sharing or violation of these Terms.

Prices are shown before purchase, in BRL for Brazil and USD elsewhere. Payment is one-time, with no subscription. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your license is unlocked once payment is confirmed.

You receive an individual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill.

You may create unlimited videos for yourself and your clients, including for commercial use. The videos you create are yours.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the skill files (free or paid), use them to build a competing product, or share your account or license key.

Kinetic Ads retains all intellectual property rights in the skills, brand, site and materials.

You are responsible for the content of your videos. Using the skills for illegal, misleading, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights or ad platform rules, is prohibited.

You get the purchased version and fixes released for it. New versions or add-on skills may be sold separately. Basic support is provided by email.

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days. See the Refund Policy for details.

To the extent permitted by law, Kinetic Ads is not liable for outages, changes or failures of third-party tools, or for indirect damages from the use of videos you create. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may change these Terms by notice on the site. The version in force on your purchase date applies to that purchase.
