Kinetic Ads (kineticads.com.br), operated by Jose Vitor Gravena in Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).

Account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted) and, optionally, a profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name, email and photo.

Purchase data: product, date, license key and transaction ID. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and access logs, kept as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).

To create and maintain your account and authenticate you (performance of contract).

To process payments, issue licenses, unlock downloads and send confirmation emails (performance of contract).

To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

To send news and marketing only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with providers that help us run the service: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and database, and transactional email delivery.

Some providers may store data outside Brazil; such transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD with appropriate contractual safeguards.

We may also disclose data when required by law or court order.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to run checkout. You can clear them in your browser settings, which will sign you out.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Purchase and tax records are kept for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years). Access logs are kept for 6 months.

Under article 18 of the LGPD you may confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete your data, request portability, learn who we share it with, withdraw consent and object to improper processing.

To exercise these rights, email jvgravema@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

We use technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, per-user access control and private file storage. We will notify affected users and the ANPD of any relevant security incident.

This site is not directed at people under 18. Minors must purchase with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
