Refund Policy

Because your purchase is made online, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase, with no reason required (article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).

We refund 100% of the amount paid, including taxes charged at checkout.

Email jvgravema@gmail.com with the subject "Refund", including your account email and, if available, your license key.

We confirm your request within 2 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds are requested within 5 business days and appear on your current or next statement, depending on your bank.

After a refund, the license is cancelled and access to the skill files is removed from your account. You must delete any downloaded copies. Videos you already created remain yours.

After the withdrawal period, there are no refunds for change of mind. If the skill has a defect that prevents use as described, contact us: we will fix it and, if we cannot within 30 days, refund you.

Repeated purchase-and-refund requests or signs of copying and redistributing files may lead to account suspension, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
